Orders and delivery

Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.

How much is delivery?
Royal Mail 48 is £3.50 (usually 2 to 4 working days) and Royal Mail 24 is £5.00 (usually 1 to 2 working days). Delivery is free on UK orders of £50 or more.

When will my order be sent?
We dispatch orders on working days, Monday to Friday. You'll get an email when your order is on its way.

Do I get a free gift?
Yes, every order over £25 comes with a free sheet mask.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Get in touch as soon as possible at courtneyk@kaplangbeautyoutlet.co.uk. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to help.

My parcel hasn't arrived. What should I do?
Royal Mail can occasionally be delayed, especially around bank holidays. If your order is later than expected, email us at courtneyk@kaplangbeautyoutlet.co.uk and we'll look into it.

Returns

Can I return an item?
Yes, within 14 days of receiving it. For hygiene reasons, products must be unused and unopened with any seal intact. See our Refund Policy for full details.

What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us straight away with your order number and a photo, and we'll put it right.

How long do refunds take?
Once we've received and checked your return, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Products and skincare

What do you stock?
We stock Korean skincare, haircare and bodycare alongside American favourites such as EOS, Bath & Body Works and Crest. Every product is genuine and hand-picked by us.

How do I build a Korean skincare routine?
Our shop is organised by routine step: oil cleanser, foam cleanser, exfoliator, toner, essence, serum, mask, eye cream, moisturiser and SPF. You don't need all ten. A cleanser, moisturiser and SPF is a great place to start, then add steps to target your skin's needs.

How do I know if a product suits my skin?
Check the ingredients listed on each product page. If you have sensitive skin or allergies, we recommend patch testing a new product on a small area first. If you're unsure, message us and we'll try to help.
